Passport Services

  

To obtain a passport or passport card:

Make an appointment by calling 245-6931

U.S. Passport Book

Valid for travel by air, sea, or land.

Validity:

  • 10 years for adults

  • 5 years for minors

Cost for first time applicants:

  • Adults-$75 passport fee + $25 agent fee

  • Minors (under 16 years old)-$60 passport fee + $25 agent fee

Cost for U.S. Passport book renewal:

  • $75 for adults

 

U.S. Passport Card

Not for travel by air.  Valid for land and sea crossings between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Bermuda and the Caribbean only.

Validity:

  • 10 years for adults

  • 5 years for minors

Cost for first time applicants:

  • Adults-$20 passport fee + $25 agent fee

  • Minors-$10 passport fee + 25 agent fee

Cost for U.S. Passport book holders:

  • $20 for adults

If you apply for both documents at the same time

Cost for first time applicants

Adults: $95 passport fee+$25 processing fee

Minors: $60 passport fee+$25 processing fee

 

What to bring with you to the appointment:

  • Proof of citizenship - an original birth certificate, naturalization certificate or a previous passport.
  • Photo ID - Driver's license, State ID or Military ID
  • Two identical passport pictures--2"x2"
  • Fees (must be paid for separately) - Personal checks or money orders accepted for agent fees and processing fees (only the agent fee may be paid for in cash)
